Hyatt Regency Tokyo Hotel

During our stay at Hyatt Regency, we were impressed by the warm and helpful welcome from the bellboys who assisted us with our luggage, even though we arrived in the rain. The hassle-free experience and the efficient registration of our membership made our stay more fun. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were really nice too make my stay comfortable. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation options such as the subway and shuttle services, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the presence of convenience stores, a pharmacy, and reasonably priced restaurants within the hotel premises, providing added convenience.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the accessibility of the hotel. This can make it difficult carrying heavy luggage or for those who require wheelchair access.

Very well located with the metro underneath the hotel. 10mn from Shinjuku main train station and all the nearby shops and restaurants. Attentive and smiling staff and very quiet room.

The people in the cafeteria restaurant changed the price of the buffet daily and were not very friendly, especially the managers

The airport limousine bus service from Narita to the hotel made our travel convenient. The spacious triple room was perfect for our group of three. The bell counter staff was efficient and helpful in sending our big luggages to Osaka ahead of our departure. The shuttle service to Shinjuku was a great bonus, and the hotel had a clean room with comfortable beds.

We had an amazing time staying at a hotel in a rather convenient but quieter area right across from the Central Park. The location was perfect, as it was near Shinjuku Station with good connectivity to many shopping & tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was well kept and clean, with modern shower facilities. The hotel also had various facilities available for use, such as an iron/ironing board and a currency exchange ATM.

The buffet breakfast was a little on the pricey side and had a limited choice of food.

Unforgivable that the gym that on weekdays opens at 6 am, on Saturdays and Sundays it doesn't open until 7:30, caused me problems. I don't understand it in a hotel of this category

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect - right by the river with easy access to transport facilities. The service was outstanding with staff from the bellman to the concierge and receptionist, all being fantastic and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and had a lot of amenities to offer including an electric kettle, a separate tub and shower, and a dining table. The leisure spa & wellness center was perfect for relaxing and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool as well as the jacuzzi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a great area of the city. It was so nice and quiet, right next to the government building and opposite the Shinjuku Chuo park. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From the front desk to the housekeepers, they provided prompt service and helped me with various reservations and arrangements. They even thought beyond my requests and tried to provide more. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate sitting area and a dining table. The restaurant on-site was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Tokyo.
